We will guarantee our jewelry from any manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the product as long as only Gahana Griha technicians work on the items.

We offer the following warranty on jewelry purchased from us:

• One Free Resizing
• Lifetime Cleaning and Polishing
• Lifetime Inspection
• Cleaning ensures that your fine jewelry is always looking exceptional and inspection ensures that their jewelry is ready for everyday wear and can help identify potential issues before they occur.

Here is what is excluded from our Warranty:

• We don’t provide warranty if the jewelry is lost or stolen.
• Merchandise will not be guaranteed if it has been worn out of expectations for normal, everyday wear.
• Jewelry not capable of being reworked to look like new is not covered by our Lifetime Warranty. This includes materials and metals, like: (stainless steel).
• Lifetime warranties are non transferable to a third party.

We recommend that you insure your jewelry against theft and total loss. If your insurance agency would charge unreasonable cost, please bring it to us. We will be glad to provide you with the best insurance policy with minimal service charge.
