100% Refund Policy:

We have a 30-day No Questions Asked Money Back Policy, which allows you to return the purchased products for any reason within 30 Days. No questions will be asked and we will happily provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange. You may choose to either make another purchase using the amount or get the amount refunded to your account.  Also for cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed via cheque or will be directly deposited to your bank account.

For the return or exchange process:

1. Let us know the item you would like to return along with your order details.
2. Please bring the original copy of the bill to return or exchange the purchased product(s)
3. Purchased items will be returned or exchanged after 12:30 p.m. only.
4. Purchased items will not be returned or exchanged on the first day of the Nepali calendar month.
5. The making and labor charge will be reduced if the goods are returned. There may be a nominal difference in the gold rate when returning goods.
6. Once your returned item is received by Gahana Griha, your refund or new item will be processed shortly.

Cancellation & Returns

1. You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we confirm with the Confirmation Email relating to that product.
2. You can also cancel one order in the item within an order without cancelling the entire order if the order contains 2 or more order items.
3. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
4. Once the product is returned under our 30 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.
5. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will also be processed to your bank account.
